What exactly is the error? We can try to help you, but the error does appear to be isolated to your connection, not uploads in general. There have been more than 25 successful uploads in the last day, which is fairly normal for a day like Christmas.

Feel free to contact us directly at etree @ archive.org for more direct support. Screenshots would be helpful.

As I said, Network Problem. If your server gave me any further information I would thell you, but it didn't.

I have over 1400 shows uploaded to Internet Archive. I assure you I know how to do it.

Screen shot attached.

Feel free to email us at etree @ archive.org if you think we can help you. If you think we are incompetent, feel free to keep that to yourself.

I know you can fix it without an email from me. I gave you the name.

You are the one who inferred that I was incompetent. Read your post again.

Read my post again. I said no such thing. I explicitly stated it was likely isolated to your connection. Your connection, not you as an individual. Don't take it personally. I didn't assume you had made some mistake - in fact I made the effort to check if others were having the same problems. My statement was meant to convey there is not a general, widespread connectivity issue at this time, not that you were making some mistake or were somehow incompetent. Sorry you are having such a bad day to assume I was saying something pejorative rather than trying to help.

Sometimes, users report "Network error" when there are additional details. In those cases, those additional details are extremely helpful. If not, it becomes a generic issue that is harder to determine the cause. We frequently can help users even though we are not engineers. If I knew what the problem was, I would certainly try to help in any way I can.

I’m sorry.

I thought that if we gave you it’s name you could find it on your servers and at least find out what the problem is.

The name can sometimes help but not always. I looked and saw/see no obvious issues.
